Information entered into insurance calculators is used only to generate calculation results. This data is not transmitted to our servers and is not retained by Insurance Tool Hub.

The Policy Manager feature allows users to store policy-related information such as policy numbers, dates, and coverage details for personal reference.

Policy data is stored either:

• Locally on the user's device, or
• In the user's own Google Drive account, if the user chooses to enable backup

Insurance Tool Hub does not access, view, copy, or store this data on any external server controlled by us.

When users choose to store or back up policy data to Google Drive, the data is stored under the user's Google account and is governed by Google's privacy and security policies.

Insurance Tool Hub does not have access to user files stored in Google Drive beyond the permissions explicitly granted by the user.

web 5. WebView, Cookies & Sessions

The app displays content from our official website using a secure WebView. The website may use functional cookies and session storage to support login, navigation, and security.

These cookies are not used for advertising or tracking purposes.

login 6. Google Sign-In

If users choose to sign in using Google, authentication is handled directly by Google. Insurance Tool Hub does not receive or store Google account passwords.

download 7. File Downloads & Sharing

The app allows users to generate, download, and share files such as PDF and Excel documents. These files are created on demand and stored temporarily on the user's device.

Insurance Tool Hub does not upload or monitor these files.
